Discontinuation: top cocktail tab

Since I don’t know how long it will take for me to get to working on cocktails and I’m also doing a shitload of art-related projects, I am discontinuing the top cocktail tab.  But hopefully I can get to that Milo report soon.  I haven’t mentioned AustBruce yet!
