1) First, Britain’s Next Top Model Cycle 5, which, despite the cheese factor and drinking I will already declare it better than America’s Next Top Model Cycle 13, which begins next month.  I asked Jade a question through the BNTM Twitter account, and this is her reply.

2) And now, America’s Next Top Model. Small news: Wilhelmina is now the model agency sponsor for ANTM, taking over for Elite (which was the model agency sponsor from cycles 7-12). This does not please me, as Wilhelmina is not the top modeling agency in New York–hell, they’re not even in models.com’s Top 10 agencies (past ANTM sponsors IMG and Elite are, though). But then again, this is ANTM.

2.5) This is the official theme of ANTM Cycle 13.  I do not like this song.  But then again, this is a NTM. I don’t expect the quality of music on a NTM to be good.

3) J. Alexander is releasing a self-help book.  There’s a small excerpt on OUT Magazine’s website. Surprisingly enough J sounds more cohereant here than, well, about eight months ago or so. Or about a year ago, but that’s just me.
